I visited @Home in Menlyn Park (20/04/2013) to buy a gift for some friends who set up a wedding registry at the store. I was supplied with a print-out of the registry and several items on the registry were marked as available and in-store.

I requested an item on the list (of which 13 were listed as available in store), however the store attendant stated that they didn't have any in stock. This happened with three different items on the list.

Eventually, after waiting ~20 minutes whilst an attendant went to check in the backroom for items that were on the list, the attendant gave me a half opened pack of dirty bed sheets. Needless to say, I left the store without anything purchased.

The next day (21/04/2013) I went to @Home in Woderboom Junction. I requested the same wedding registry list, however the store assistant rudely replied: "Well, you will have to wait a while", strolled away and continued what she was doing whilst ignoring me. Again, I left the store without a purchase being made.

I therefore make a complaint of general bad service, and a request to have a more accurate registry w.r.t. what is available in store. Surely if items are listed as in-store, they should be.
