I'm really disappointed with a few things (the only thing I cannot complain about is the service from the staff at the Woodmead branch). The chair I ordered is really poorly manufactured. Firstly, the spacing of the decorative studs on the sides & bottom of the chair is completely inconsistent. Secondly, the buttons on the seating area are off centre & not aligned with the buttons on the back. The fact that this chair was even delivered to a client is ridiculous - is there no quality control process? I complained and received correspondence from the same people responding to the complaints on. However, I still don't know when the chair will be replaced since I'm being ignored for the last week. This while Coricraft is sitting with full payment for the goods. Further, when I order the couches, I was informed that this will be delivered in 2 weeks since stock was available. I only received my couches after 4 weeks. The staff calling from the storerooms are also very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Lastly, the arrangements around delivery is pathetic. I wanted to buy a few more things from Coricraft, but are looking elsewhere at this stage.
