Cant deliver correct goods

Originally bought a office chair and some other furniture on the 27th of October and were told that delivery would take place within a week. The chair we were told would be delivered late because the warehouse had to wait for stock. Eventually at the end of November (Pratically a month later) a chair was devliered, but the wrong one. We complained and were told that the correct chair would be delivered on the 7th of December... that came and went. We got home from leave and enquired about the chair and were told it would be delivered today... today has come and what happened? You Develiered the wrong chair AGAIN!!! Twice, twice you delivered the wrong chair, 2 mothns later and you have missed a delivery and delivered the incorrect producct twice!??? I suggest that maybe just maybe someone should actually prioritize this since and get it sorted out ASAP, Corricraft your customer service is dying a miserable death. I can either carry on complaining to everyone I know about how poor and ridiculous this is or we can talk about how quickly it gets sorted out when the right channles are followed. We have made two complaint to corricraft directly already, lets see what this brings.
