Not Acceptable

I bought the Package deal that was advertised on Funiture City's pamflet. The one where you get Couches, Tv, room devider, bed and base, dining room table and chairs and the computer desk and i took a extra couch as well. The contract was sighned in January 2013. They took 2weeks for the firs delivery which was only the dining room table and chairs. Then a week later they delivered the computer table, roomdevider and tv. About 3 weeks after that they deliverd the bed without the base. We received our couches which was the corner piece set but they deliverd two of the same couches so the corner peac dont match. I phoned head ofiice and logged an complained. But still nothing happened and im still stuck with 2 of the same couches and i am still waiting for the extra couch that i have ordered. Its been allmost 4 months now and i dont have all my stuff!!!
