Delivery of defective goods

We ordered 10 chairs from Coricraft Polokwane. After various requests and threats, we eventually recieved delivery. One of the chairs were defective as one leg was shorter than the others. After various calls and futher threats, the chair was replaced by another defective chair!! We are still waiting for the correct chair to be delivered. Our experience of the service of Coricraft is the worst from any furniture shop we ever dealt with.
