Poor quality at Coricraft

On 13 January 2013 we ordered a 3 2 division couch from Coricraft, they delivered it on the 20th January 2013. The leather of the 2 div couch was full of damage marks. We phoned the sales person and she requested that we take photos and send it to them. After a week they replaced the couch but once again it was full of marks, however, this time the marks were already circled in pen. We once again were requested to take pictures and submit the same to them. Finally after a month we received a replacement couch.
On 25 June 2013 we ordered a recliner chair which was delivered on 22 July 2013. The chair is to say the least a complete mess as the frame is loose and upholstery of bad quality. We made contact with the branch where the chair was purchased I (twice), Coricrafts's customer service center (twice) as well as their head office in Cape Town (three times) in an attempt to resolve the issue but without any success. During our last conversation, it was mentioned that a consultant will contact me to view the chair.

I am not interested to see your consultant and the solution is simple, replace my chair with a new one and take this rubbish back (all payments were made on time)
