Clicks
Clicks has lost my trust. I hate them!

Today I decided to leave Mowbray where I live and instead to go shopping at Clicks and earn points there instead of Pick n Pay, and I had missed my store. I shopped around for personal household goods, and bought other things on behalf of the Residence Association Committee to which I am the Chairperson of at UCT which basically means that I am in charge of all post-graduate residences there. Moving along swiftly, I paid for my items first and within those were 2 mtn R10 vouchers (airtime requested. That was fine and I paid the sum due and did not bother scrutinizing my invoice as I have never had reason to as I believed Clicks is a good store that is worthy to be trusted.

I then made another payment to which I requested telkom phone cards and explained that I lived in residence and we had the normal payphones that you find on the street and the lady assured me that the R50 mtn she selected was what i wanted. On top of the mtn cards, I also bought 2 more additional R10 airtime vouchers. when the invoice printed, i quickly noticed that the telkom was not what I wanted, from airtime to all the data vouchers my money went towards. I hate Clicks & its people & this far from over!!!
