I am losing out on my Clubcard Vouchers!

Dear Clicks

I am an extremely loyal customer of Clicks however I have called in on more than one occassion indicating that I have not been receiving my Clubcard Vouchers. I would like to know (and have informed your Clubcard Customer Service Department via email), what all my vouchers have been, expired or not, since inception of my card. I would like to see how many have gone expired and hence what loss I have faced merely because I am not getting my vouchers. Also, I see that the vouchers are valid for a year - this is not in accordance with the CPA which deems vouchers to be valid for a period of 3 years. I would therefore like what is owed to me by Clicks for the past 3 years. Apart from policy and the CPA, I would also hope that you can understand that I am not getting my vouchers and will hopefully make some sort of a concession. The only reason I actually buy from Clicks is because of the loyalty program and now, by not getting help on a technicality, I would actually be incentivised not to buy from Clicks and rather from Pick n Pay or Woolies who have their own loyalty programs.
