Bad Attitude from Owner and Staff

On 5 April 2013 I purchased electricity from Northern Paarl Spar, I paid with my Absa Card.

According to them the first transaction didn't go through, although I did receive a sms from Absa to say it went through. They took my card and made another transaction with it. Now it went off twice on my account.

I told them that I am not leaving till I get my money back, their response was that it was Absa's fault and they will return my money within 24 hours. The owner humiliated me in front of the whole store told me he is so certain of his facts he will give me the R250 and when I receive it back from the bank the following day I can come give it back (I did not take his money) He had a stinking attitude as well as the staff.

It's been 2 weeks now & I have still not received my money back. It is costing me money having to drive to the bank back&forth the whole time, having to make phone calls the whole time&no one can say when I will have my money back.

This is not the first unpleasant experience&I have never had this problem before at any other place

I will never buy anything there again.
It's no wonder Checkers parking lot is always full&theirs empty.
