Spar
Spar is bad news!!!

We went to spar to buy a few things for the week, they took my card and the transaction took place, I received a SMS stating that the transaction went through, but the card machine said the transaction was declined. We went to the manager about this because I WILL not pay twice for my items. The manager said that I couldn't leave because the items weren't paid for. I had to pay for the items once again, or leave the items that was already paid for. The manager claimed that the money was not in their account and that this is a mistake from my bank. This doesn't make sense to me because if the money went out of my account it had to go somewhere. Where would the bank take the other half of the transaction? To Spar's bank account. Banks have A LOT of safely measures to prevent and situations like this. Money won't go out of the account if it has no account to go to. They bank won't approve half of a transaction. Spar has to take measures to prevent this from happening!
