ABSA LOSSES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE

Over 7 Months ago I hade over 5k taken out of my credit card I am not signed up with anyone no debits nothing run off this account. a company in THE USA took money and ABSA tell a client to sort it out them selfs.

Tried that got told not to put money into that account once that was done I got calls to say I am in arrears, I explain the story to one of the incompetent ppl on the phone and they just say ooo ok we will get back to you.

A month later I decide ok well I will take the nock and loos the money, go to the bank try to stop my card I get told don't worry no one can take money off your account you can put money back in. I do THAT AND WHAT HAPPENS? Once again almost 1000 gets taken out of my account.

I call and cancel my card over the tell. I go in to get the money put back into my account and I just get treated like a dog and told sorry cant help you.

I will be cancelling alll my accounts with ABSA and I will take this to extreme lengths because they have just lost a client of over 9 years Bye ABSA Hellllllo FNB
