ATM-Don't give money but taken from bank balance!!

25/11/2013 Tried to draw money at Northpoint Spar Impala Park. Transaction not completed due to technical difficulty. Money deducted of bank balance? Phone 08600 08600, go to a branch. Have to wait 9 days for my OWN money?? Believe it or not 28/11/2013 same scenario. Phone 0800 41 4141 numerous time. I am very RUDE. THIS NOW HAPPENED TWICE IN ONE WEEK. Eventually team leader advices that money for 25/11/2013 has been paid back. Correct however I was charged 15.45 for withdrawing, didn't get that back. Still waiting for money taken 28th and asume that I won't get the 26.95 deducted for withdrawing. Don't use that ATM! ABSA DOES'T COMENSATE YOU FOR TIME OFF WORK TO GO TO A BRANCH NOR YOUR FUEL. You always have to patiently wait for your money as they have to investigate. While you wait you must borrow money, pray your debit orders aren't reversed and you get a bad name at ITC because ABSA won't compensate you! Absa however charges you interest when you borrow, pay late etc. They charge you when you swipe or draw BUT DO THEY PAY YOU INTEREST WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT, NO - THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU THE TRANSACTION THAT NEVER HAPPENED - NO NOT EVEN THOSE CHARGES! I WILL soon switch to FNB!
