ABSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I loged a complaint with hellopeter a week ago about my card that was cloned at ABSA bank nigel.

Today i received a letter from ABSA bank that they will not pay me back my money beacause the card is my responsibility??? how the is it my problem if the ABSA bank at the branch itself has been cloned??? i will not take responsibility of the money. my card was safe with me when the transaction took place!!! if ABSA does not have security that can stop this from happening it is not my problem!!!

I leave my money in the bank to think it is a safer place, but they take money out of my account anyway!!!
i want this sorted out ASAP. ABSA bank has to pay me back, i feel it is not my problem
