I am getting highly annoyed with your rude call centre staff that call me three or four times a day. I had a nanny for just over 11 months Anna Moeti. It appears she opened up an account with you guys and gave you guys my number as reference or else you'll wouldn't have them. You'll have been calling me since November last year her last month working for me was February this year. When you agents call they are rude, some can't even speak English properly let alone have telephone etiquette. When I asked Anna in November why am I receiving her calls from Home Choice she said she gave you guys her numbers which start with 060 she was advised by your consultants that you'll cant dial such numbers but then again I would expect that from your illiterate staff. That number you can dial if they at least tried they would have seen it works. My problem is that she no longer works for me I have informed your agents more than 100 times already but they continue to call me every day 4 times a day asking for the same thing. I posted a complaint on Hello peter in January this year and someone called me back assuring me they are removing my number of the data base but hey guess what i just got clld
