RUDE call centre representative

I received a call from one of your call center people. I cannot pronounce her name. She called ME and said she is looking for Josephine (my domestic). When I asked where is she calling from she said very RUDELY "can I speak to Josephine". I said to her well you called my personal phone looking for my domestic, I have all rights to ask where she is calling from. She said Home Choice. Number the call came from: 087 354 1892. When I asked where she got the number from she threw the phone down in my ear. REALLY??? This is the image you guys send out there in the world? Please respond to this complaint and provide a email address so I can take this further. I will not tolerate this rudeness from your staff. I don't have a Home Choice account. Never will. I'm not interested to join. Word of mouth unfortunately works and I will make it my business to tell everybody how rude your companies sales team are.
