Hi home choice I am very angry, disgusted and now hate home choice I'v received two calls on on the landline @ home a lady calling and saying I have an account with u guys I keep telling her I don't have an account then she drops the call is that how your agents treat people she doesn't know wheather she should report it to or follow up she just drops. On the 27 feb 19:15pm I find your numbers on google I call and there's a I.V.R there's a option were u can key in I.d number and I find out I'm owing. I'm dissapointed in ur accessors or people who approve your products and why is it that they only call me on my landline only my normal credit providers call me on my cell why don't your agents call me on my cell. I demand answers because I have never opened an account with you guys... I want you to investigate this because its messing up my credit record don't you guys do proper security checks. Today 28/02/2013 i call to let one of your consultants to transfer me to risk r department and she drops me. Is that the way you treat serious cases like those
