Ripped off with less than half

I returned a bottle of Aromatics 100ml in September 2012 to the cosmetic manager, Thandi Shihundla, at Edgars Sandton City because I used it a couple of times and the bottle spray was not working. The bottle was practically full. She accepted the bottle and said she would return it to the company for a replacement due to the faulty spraying device. I posted the above message In January 2013. I received a replacement of 45ml. How does this justifying the 100ml bottle that was returned.
I think that it is unacceptable that we purchase products from Edgars and are ripped off when the product is faulty. I received less than half of what was due to me. Disgusting customer service.
