Mixed up by backrest with another older one

ANNOYED!!! Lounge suite - Mercedes R22000. we find a tear in the new single recliner. SERIOUSLY??? after phoning h&h on numerous occasions to come and collect it to repair it i had to go to the store to get someones attention. there i was fed some cr_ap why it was not collected. Eventually when it was collected and returned to us the delivery guy told me to check the repair. i only checked wer it was repaired as it was tightly bubble wrapped. i noticed the tear was hastily stitched up. when i removed the complete wrapping we see the backrest of the recliner is not the 1 we sent it with!!! the tear was on the seat and that is mine but the top half is not. all my sofas are still firm and has the cheers manuals still on the backrest. this backrest is absolutely soft and the manual is not there! when i call h&h i am told that they cannot do anything as i signed for it. even the shade of this backrest is slightly lighter then all the others. i want my own backrest back! go find the 1 that u mixed it with and return it to me! never purchasing from h&h again. ur after service . once u got the sale u do not care about the customer! plus it is not a cheap lounge set!!!
