Rude staff!!!

I have been receiving about 2 calls daily from Homechoice for the last 6 months, everyday i inform the agent I'm not interested & if there is anything i want to purchase that I would do so on-line. Yesterday 30.10.2013 at 17:47 i received another call from Homechoice, as i was saying that I am not interested, the male outbound agent spoke over me, he was very rude to me. I explained to him that i am receiving calls everyday& not interested to which he responded" yes and we wont stop calling you". once again i informed him i am not interested in anything at Homechoice, he said if i buy anything at Homechoice i wont have to pay until next year, i again informed him that I am not interested in anything at Homechoice. He then told me " do you not understand English? " don't you understand what I'm telling you" and started screaming at me and trying to belittle me. i will NEVER purchase anything at Homechoice ever again! This type of verbal abuse unacceptable. Its ridiculous that your agents are allowed to speak to any client in this manner. I am appaled at your calibre of staff!
