I do not understand how something as bog standard as send a email with account statements is... I mean I have now been waiting for five days just to get and email with all my current statements. is that so much to ask??

I am not asking anything pertaining to quantum mechanics or the Pythagorean theorem... I am merely asking for statements...

I have been a loyal customer for over two years and have a good standing with Russell's (so i thought) and yet after being hopped around by 3 different people (just today) I am still no closer to having them... It is like you do not want to help loyal customers...

But that is okay, I will gladly take my business to one of your competitors in future and maybe they give a about me because Russell's call centers do not.
