RUSSELLS USING MY CELL FOR THEIR ADVERTISING

REPEATEDLY I receive Russell's Furniture advertisements on MY PERSONAL cell phone - for which I pay a monthly subscription for MY OWN personal use. Russell's are getting FREE advertising by using my cell phone as their own advertising platform!!! I did NOT give Russell's permission to advertise on my ohone; I have never bought anything from Russell's; I WILL NEVER buy anything from Russell's now or in the future! I want them to STOP using my phone for their adveritising or I will begin Invoicing them for EACH & EVERY sms that they send - I charge R100 per sms... too expensive?? Then DON'T send me any more SMS's!!!

Russell's, please contact me and reassure me, in writing, that you will refrain from sending me unwelcome advertising and spam via my cellphone or any other means thus contravening the Consumer Protection Act and invading my privacy!
