Can anyone at RCS do their job properly!!!

Short version of my story i send an email to the person mention above regarding my account that is not correct asking her to send my statements she replied to one of my emails and never again i spoke to different people in this past week regarding my rcs card how is it possible if i had a balance of 18000 rand i went pick n pay made a payment of 500 the next day my account is standing at 23000??? today when i checked my account it was 25000 and no credit available. my installment is 1750 which i don't mind paying IF MY ACCOUNT WAS CORRECT!!! I send an email to the person mentioned above yesterday asking her again to assist me but my email was just ignored what kind of service is this!!! I'm a loyal and good payer and if this is the way you treat your customers i will never do business with you again. I'm sick and tired of this now.

Sick and tired of this!!! Nobody can assist me in the right way
I'm not even receiving my statements NOTHING!!!
I'm so disappointed in RCS and i will in future definitely not recommend you to anyone!
