I have been a loyal Standard Bank customer all my life. I have 2 credit cards with them and so does my wife. There was a recent take over from Edgars Matsercard, where Bluebean took over all the accounts. Ever since the transition, I have not been receiving my email statements. I have to call in every month for them to be manually sent to me and the usual excuse is that the mail server has blocked it.

I do not see how this could be the issue as I have been receiving my statements via email prior to Bluebeans take over. I am not asking for a million rands to be deposited into my account for compensation, just a mere request for my statements to be sent to me via email on time, as before.
