I bought a tent at Makro cape gate on the 15th of Feb, when I opened the tent I realised there was a default one clip was missing and the zip not hooked on. It was a campmaster family cabin, I then proceeded to call campmaster, they then said they do not have any reps to come out to me but I can take it back to the store. I was very unhappy because the store told me they would sent it for repairs. I was not prepared to spend petrol money up and down all the time and there was no way I would be compensated. Campmaster then called the manager of this department at massmart Grant Eckhoven, he called me back and said I could go to the store and get a brand new tent because I did not want mine fixed I wanted a new one as the one I purchased brand new had a default. I phoned the store and spoke to Naeem and explained to him what was told to me he then told me to come into the store and he will make sure I leave happy. On the 15 March I got there, he told he had no authority to give me a new tent, he will call me Monday, 2 weeks later I called and Makro said they call get hold of Grant Eckhoven, on 12/04/2013 they called they would refund my money, I got nothing till now.
