30/11/12, mom purchase pair shoes.3 wears later, shoes damaged.24/12-She returns shoes, assisted by Faiza Davids (completed"Goods returned" slip) 2/2/13 mom contacts store, speaks to mangr, Wayne &enquires about return. He transfers call to Alexis who tells her that theyre attending to matter &will revert.22/2/13 (no feedback) mom calls again &told same by Wayne. Mnth later I call Wayne &asks when my mom wil b refunded. He says to tell my mom to come in store &he'll 'sort it out'At this stage he doesnt know wher the shoes are. Still no courtesy to contact my mom himself. I decide to lodge a complaint on their website because of the pathetic service. Reply:'Thank you for contacting us &bringing this to our attention. Please accept our sincere apologies as this is certainly not the level of service or care we deliver to our valued customers. We will ensure that steps are put into place to prevent any repeat occurrence of this matter. Wayne Sterling has been in contact with you. Succesfully resolved.02/4 I leave a msg for Charlene Gamaldien as shes misinformd. No return call from Charlene. My mom took leav 2day to go in store (Wayne not in), no cash refund instead a voucher! no option given!
