Manager spat me in the face

My Defy microwave stopped working, as it was still under warranty I took it back. When I went to collect it, it was brought out in a trolley totally unprotected, i.e. it was standing on its side on the bottom mesh of the trolley. I pointed out that it will get damaged that way, but it was met with apathy. I requested to speak with a manager.

I was met by Eric Wanketa, I explained the nature of my complaint but he started going off on a rant about where is the supposed damage to my microwave. I repeatedly pointed out that he is not listening to what I am saying, and only focusing on one part of my sentence, but to no avail. During his rant he started throwing his hands into my face, I asked him to stop doing it as I do not appreciate it, but also to no avail. I then pointed out that he is playing word games by focusing on only one part of my sentence, and not addressing my actual complaint.

He then asked who put the microwave in the trolley, and then childishly made as if that never could have happened because I do not know the name of employee in question. At this stage the argument escalated, and ended very quickly when he spat me in my face.

There is damage to my microwave.
