Really bad attitude from store assistant

I purchased a microwave oven (Defy 34L Grill) at Game in Menlyn, I asked a salesman approaching me if he would carry the microwave oven to the till points for me (it's a heavy microwave oven).
His response "could you not find a trolley? " I was visibly annoyed and said that I really would have appreciated some assistance but whatever, I will go and find a trolley. His response was then that he would help, not to worry. About 10 metres further he placed the microwave oven in a trolley, scratched his sales number on the box and left.

I asked the cashier to not link the number to the sale but she had already done so. PLEASE NOTE the lady at the cashier was VERY friendly and helpful (Tlalane)!

This is the second really bad service I have had from Game, and will probably take my loyalty somewhere else where sales people actually want to help customers.

I understand their job is not to carry stuff to the cashier but I am female, I asked for some help and I am severly disappointed at the attitude of this salesman.
His sales number on the box and receipt is: 15903

I want the sale removed from his sales record, he did not assist me and made my experience a very negative one with Game.
