I bought a microwave on 7/10/12 at H&H Canal Walk. I did not test the micowave when i got home because i was planning to move soon and kept it in the box. When i moved on the 1st of Jan 13 I opened the box for the 1st time. I tested it and it did not make warm. I returned it to the store where they tested it and found that it is not working. They booked it to be repaired. On 16/01/13 i received a call that i can collect the micro. When i got there at 20:20 on 16th, someone took the paper from me and only returned after 20 min with the micro. He placed it in my trolley on the side of the micro. I told him that the glass plate inside can broke that way & that i want to check if it is still in there. He took the microwave out and placed it on the counter. I saw that there was a mark/pain off on the side of the micro. This probably happened when he placed it in the trolley. I did not take the micro because i did not make the marks. The manager was not helpfull at all. I am still waiting for someone to call me, and i paid now for something that is not in my posession and which they wanted to return in a condition which i did not book it in with. Pathetic service!!!
