Faulty Furniture awaits repairs

Im still waiting on someone to fix my bedroom furniture, i have been to the store last week and was told that they will be sending someone out to fix it!

Its been a complete two week and no one has contacted me or even been out here to fix it!

Whats more disgusting is that when i bought the furniture the very next day they had to come fix the cupboards door! What am i paying for 3rd grade goods but paying the price of 1st grade grade goods?

I am now refusing to pay until someone comes out to fix this mess! Or i will be going to the tranding standards with the store, cause by the looks of it the goods are pretty if it needs to be fixed this often!!!
