What was ordered and paid for was not delivered

We bought an outdoor suite from @home worth R27, 000.00. The suite in the store had one large 3 seater and two single seaters and all the seats came with BROWN cushions. When the delivery took place, they delivered the 3 seater with black cushions and the two single seaters with brown cushions, hence nothing matched. We have been fighting with the store for a week and still no resolution - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
