Incorrect pricing

I have just been to Pick n Pay Pinelands, Howard Centre and received the most mind blowing service to date. There was a barcode on the magazine shelf that clearly states "partworks how year body works 1each" 9.95. It doesn't stipulate anything else, nor or are there any other partworks barcodes, and this is where issues of the magazine could be found. We approached the till, the packer by the name of Jevelyn was very helpful and witness to everything that took place. She called the supervisor who took her own time finishing a conversation with a staff member, then shouted at us "that I am going to find the shelf packer I don't have time for this" when we indicated that the price on the shelf is what a customer can expect to pay. We then asked for the manager who was telling us that his staff basically hadn't done their job and its our problem. The supervisors name is Mary Johnson, and the store manager Neil Beukes. Now according to the consumer protection act, that is false advertising. He argued his point for a while and then when the supervisor came back she argued with us about what she had said, loudly, and In front of the store manager, despite him telling her not to.
