Long Life milk carton damaged messing bag clothing

I purchased a crton of long life milk from pick'n'pay Norwood and packed it into my sons creche bag wich was in my care until he got to creche the bag was at no time squashed or damaged and it also contained his whole days clothing. the carton lid was damaged clearly as it leaked out and ruined his whole days clothing for school and i am not impressed in the middel of winter with a substandard packaging error!
