I went to Pick and Pay Rosebank yesterday as I do almost every day to do some shopping at the point of paying I noticed that there was a pricing issue, when I had picked an item up off the shelf and seen that there where 2 different prices 1 was R29.99 and the other was R31.99 when I paid for the goods the item scanned through at R31.99 I asked the cashier to check the price. she then sent the packer to check the price. when the packer returned with the supervisor (Velaphi Mthembu) and both of the price labels the supervisor (Velaphi) turned around to me and said that he cannot honour the scan right as maybe I had come into the store and placed the cheaper label on the shelf. How the can a supervisor accuse a customer of bringing a older label into the store and placing them on the shelf he is indirectly accusing me of and I will not take an accusation like that lightly. i brought this issue to the managers (Africa) attention but I actually want more to be done who does this supervisor think he is making these statements to customers
