Its due time that this gets sorted out

Yet I still have the same problem. wonder who isnt really doing their job. Im still complaining about the same problem at YDE. I speak to two people handling this problem and they both keep on blaming the other person about what hasnt been done. Today I get a from their customer center about my overdue account. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT!!! before this week ends. It cannot take two months to sort out a problem.
