Spar- Good for nothing

On the 16th of January 2013, I bought a packet of cigarettes and the cashier advised me that they are out of stock. Now this has been going on for a while so I spoke to the manager, Andries, about the problem. He said he will get it sorted.

The next day, still no cigarettes.

I called Andries once again to discuss the issue. This time he didn't even remember who I was. I told him to get the problem sorted or else I will escalate my complaint. He asked what brand I smoked and assured me this would not happen again.

Today, 29/01/2013, I had to deal with the same problem again. He kept on blaming the other cashiers and could not understand how it was his duty to ensure that the shelves were stocked. He then asked me for my brand once again and said he'll sort it out.

I asked to speak to the branch manager, however after waiting so long I decided to leave. I was then told by Andries that I am a rude customer and I should have a *sarcastic* "Nice day".

What else must I do to get something so simple sorted. I will never support any Spar again. I will make sure to tell my story to everyone that supports this pathetic franchise.

Spar is filled with incompetent management!
