Wow - What great service!

I must admit working in the Service Industry, I take a lot of pride in excellent customer service and generally get frustrated when I receive anything less than great customer service.

and to my suprize I didn't receive anything less from Makro yesterday - specifically Xolani. Xolani went out of his way to Service me as a customer.

On Sunday I was looking for drill which they had on special for Sunday only, when I got there they had run out. Xolani promised to contact all the branches to find out which one still had one left.

On Monday he called twice - firstly confirming he's still looking around and has not yet found it and then later again confirming he had found it.

When I arrived at the store at 5:29 and requested for him - he personally delivered the drill to me at reception.

Its rare that one comes across such excellent service and I really want to thank Xolani for the outstanding manner he dealt with me.

With such great service Makro can rest assured I will remain a commited customer for as long as the provide such world class service.

Thank you again Xolani and Makro for investing in such great people.
