Mtn's Bad Services

I have taken my blackberry 9360 to mtn about 3 times now for repairs everytime i have taken it in there hasnt been a problem. Now that i took it in again it is the biggest mission to sort everything out. I took my phone in over a week ago it got sent to the repair centre and then i got a quote to fix it but it is still under waranty, so i went back into mtn and they said everything is fine and sorted. I got a phone call yesterday to go get my phone, so i went in today and what do i find, my phone is not fixed!!! I have wasted so much petrol driving up and down and nothing gets sorted out, and plus they dont even let a person know what is going on with your phone. Now they are saying that my serial number on my phone says it isnt from there shop which i cant understand. I have had so many problems from mtn it is ridiculous and plus the employees dont care about the customers as they always just have fat conversations with each other and dont listen to the customers. I hope this gets sorted out soon because this is actually sickening!!!
