Manageress incompetent staff do as they please

On Sunday the 6th of October 2013 my Wife and I went to the Wimpy in Arbour crossing Amanzimtoti and ordered a Executive breakfast with extra toast, a plate of chips and extra toast, a Mega coffee and a regular coffee. The coffee arrived within 5 minutes. We then waited for 25 minutes and no food arrived at our table, the waitress was sitting at a table next to the smoking room with a male waiter and talking in the meanwhile other people who had come in after us were getting their food. I called the waitress she came across once she had finished her conversation I then asked what is going on and she replied it is not her problem it is the Kitchen and the people had easier orders than ours. I sent her back to find out where our food is she came back immediately with ice cold food and expected us to accept this. We got up and went to the cashier and asked for the manageress, she could only say that she was really very very sorry but did not ask more of the circumstances of the incident. She was not on the floor of the Wimpy once in all the time we spent at the Wimpy. I find this is completely unacceptable, since when does Wimpy treat paying customers like this? I would like a response
