Paid up account remains in arrears

I bought couches from morkels in december 2010 and my first instalment was made in january 2011. As time went as time passed by I realised that the couches were faulty that was in may 2012 then I reported them to the branch. In june of 2012 the came and took away the faulty couches and in july they gave me new couches, but because they were of a different make because the one's I bought were discontinued they told me to pick new couches and that they would continue from my remaining balance, but instead they started up a new account which states that I must pay the full amount for the new couches.By that time we gad already signed an agreement stating that I would continue with my account for the first couches that I bought. Then their system kept showing this huge balance and I reported it to the store manager who said to me that their systems were bieng chenged sorry for the inconvenience that she would take care of it. That was ladt year october already, then in november 2012 I decided to pay up the original remaining balance then the store manager gave me a paid uplater as proof that I have paid up, but till today my name appears in their system that I'm in arrears.
