Damaged couches

I Evelyn Petersen has purchased couches last year June 2012 from Price and Pride on credit (Cost R15 000.00) and was told that they are genuine leather. Within three months the couches started cracking. I reported this several times to price and Pride as the couches are under warranty. When I call the people at Price and Pride they keep promising me that they will sent someone out to come and collect the couches. This has been going on since last year and I've been paying my account on time all the time. I even went to the shop on numerous occasion trying to see the manager but the laddies there refuses as they say the manager is always busy.

I'm sitting with couches amounting to R15k that cracked within 3 months and Price and Pride refuses to assist me
