In 2011 I bought a set of Leather couches at Morkels in Promenade, later last year in October I notice there were some cracks which I reported immediately. I was referred to the lady by the name of Khanya whom I think deals with the types of queries. I had to contact her myself, follow up with her telecom then in November she told me she is still looking for the supplier which I was so in shock with her response according to my knowledge all retails should know their suppliers. Then I resorted to escalating this matter to her manager of which I am still querring today, as I was told the problem and the delays were caused by their supplier which is not something I am interested to know, her manager assured me someone is going to come and pick up the couches and now in counting its been weeks nobody came then i follow up on the 25/03/13 to ask when is this person coming to fetch the couches again I was assured they will push on their side today is the 08/03/13 I am still waiting for this person.the other thing I was told the suppliers will decide if the couches need to be repaired or they will give me a new set. I am so impatient I need them to pick up and i want my money back.
