I bought a Toyota hilux d/c 2012 code2 from auction operation in Lea Glen Branch in February.
I fix the vehicle and registered and put it on display to sell
When i pull i history on the vehicle from trans union itc it still show that the vehicle is still financed by toyota fiance.
This is a problem because another fiance provider will not finance this vehicle because it still show finance by Toyota finance
The other problem if you phone the bank to sort it out they tell you you not in title to have the register paper because this vehicle is not settled by them.
I phone Auction Operation spoke to Liza and they said they will phone the insurance company to sort it but time is money and why do we need to sit with this problem after we pay it and repair it and can't sell it?
This is not the first time and is getting annoying!!
I spend allot of money by Auction operation and is a permanent buyer hope fully this can be sorted in future.
I will speak to National credit regulator tomorrow to report this matters.
