WORST BANK EVER!!!

I sold my Toyota Fortuner at Audi PE on 31 December 2010 already and Audi confirmed that the vehicle was settled in full and they sent me the proof of payment. From that day up until today 11 Feb 2013, the vehicle still show's up on my name with the TransUnion credit bureau. Every single time I try to apply for finance or a loan, the finance house does a credit check on my name and then comes back with "Declined" due to the fact that I have two vehicles on my name, which one of them is STILL this damm ABSA vehicle account. Every time when I phone ABSA they say I must send them a fax letter to request a paid-off letter and for the vehicle to be removed from my name. I've done this 3 times now in the past 3 years and it's still not done... How pathetic is this not?! This is the worst client service I have ever experienced from any back!!! PLEASE can someone from ABSA phone me and have this vehicle removed from my name ASAP and FOREVER! I am sick and tired of requesting this and then it doesn't get done...
