Paid twice for my shopping goods

Im highly upset that pick and pay Prominade micthells plain ripped me off twice as i paid twice for my goods which was for R246.22 i only now checked and my statement went off twice i want my money back or a reversal done as it was my money and that this i consider ripping your clients off i want answers or i will take this matter futher and now i dont have a till slip as so what now i only have my statement.
