Broken laptop held for over a month

I bought a Compaq laptop on account in Lubners, Pretoria, Van Der Walt & Vermuelen Street on 24-04-2012. I have been paying the account. The purchased laptop's cooling fan recently broke down thereby raising the need for repairs. At this, I attempted to present it to Lubners for repairs but discovered that it had been closed down. I was advised after consultations that the Beares in Pretoria, Andries Street had been tasked with assisting Lubners customers who had purchased their products. I then proceeded to the mentioned branch where I met Mr Alfred who received the laptop for repairs. At the time of receipt, the branch's server was apparently down and so he could not print a goods received note. I then left the laptop with him on 3 March'13 he showed the manager that it had been received.
The laptop has since not returned due to multiple reasons ranging from unavailable parts, incorrect details on slip and most recently UNKNOWN. He has in fact said he has to return it unfixed though still under warranty. I have called and e-mailed their customer service but remain un-helped. I fear that the date warranty will be reached without the laptop being repaired.
