Insurance Claim Taking more than a Month!!!

I bought a Laptop at Beares 2 Years ago... I have insurance through them on the laptop, They broke into my house and i went to Beares claiming the Laptop this has been over a month ago... Beares do not have ANY feedback on this for aperantly it is outsourched to some or othe company!!! when you phone the branch in Wonderpark Pretoria North there is no answer on their phones or they are engadged full day!!! Can any one let me know when i can expect my replacement laptop???
