Excellent service

I bought a pair of slip-on from Protea gardens and i called customer care line i was told to go to any branch. It was closing time but when i went to Kerk str, i spoke to Ellen & she called Protea store and explained what was wrong with the pair. i was suprised cos @ 1st she told me that i need to go back to the store and ask them to exchange it for me. She then decided that it was a factory fault I can just exchange the shoes @ the store. She exchanged the shoes without any hassle and by the time everybody was packing and preparing to go home, but she took her time and rung the shoes. I was amazed that she did the right procedure and managed to give me the best service while it was closing time.
