Unhappy custome

I bought shoes at Woolworths Kerk street between 29th or 30th May 2013, i put it on Friday 14.06.2013 for the first time, cause it was our Awards day, but later realized that the shoes was very uncomfortable in the from, i had to go out to buy myself a pair of slippers as there was not enough time to go back to Woolworths to exchanged the shoes, today i went back and they told me that the shoes was worned, explained to them that i only went out to buy slippers, i always buys all my shoes by Woolworths, but this was the first time that i had to take shoes back, and get this kind of treatment., blue size 5 shoes... i want them to look at my records and take inconsideration how long to i deal with Woolworths!!!
