I recently purchased 2 boxes of lindt chocolates for clients, I phoned the clients today to find out if they received their chocolates and the clients said they appreciated the gesture but the chocolates were old and had to be thrown away, how embarressing, tried to load a complaint on the pick n pay website and I just got an email back to say that it did not work and if I try call Byls Bridge directly its either engaged permanently or just rings!!!
