12 Chocolates in a BOX!!!

HI We recently bought the Lindtdor for valentines day for all office staff 27 boxes in total only to find there is a total of only 12 chocolates per box how can this be at the price you pay for a box this is a disgrace and lindt should be asshamed to sell the product at such an expensive price for so few product per box.
